But I have a solution which you will quickly understand. Most court matters could be handled through email. The notice can be given by email, response, Vakalatnama, statement, reply, proof, submission of documents, exhibits, and even cross-questioning can be done through the email platform. The interaction can be done through the party's Lawyers. From the emails the court can evaluate the case matter and call for the next step after every step. The judge or jury may call the party physically only if required. The Jury will have everything available at hand to judge fairly without pressure and quickly. I am from Goa. Honorable Prime Minister, I am student ,currently preparing for my medical NEET examination. As we saw rapidly our attention shifted to health care and healthy lifestyle in the past years I wish to share about the mental wellbeing of people. The one thing I personally experienced and came to know is about the weak mental wellbeing of all those students giving their entrance test in the following months. Its nerve wrecking to know that the amount of pressure and fear of competition students facing,leads them to suicide. Even though yoga is a good remedy for mental wellbeing, feared and disgusted of facing failure at initial stage many are giving up without gearing up their dream. If this happens for too long many of the ignited minds will be lost and brain drain would happen in a large amount leaving India as a country of weak mental wellbeing and less socio cultural committed people. It is important for the people to understand situation.

Introduction of Voting at Post offices rather than make shift polling booths . Hon Prime Minister Why not the EC consider setting up a permanent network infrastructure at post offices so the Voting machines can be docked , used and secured.It ensures a reliable network , logistics planning and a massive reduction in election expenses every time an election is held and setting up the make shifts. India post has a fantastic backend logistics which can be augmented for transport of the VMs. A centralised command and control at India post GPOs or HPOs can be set up to monitor and secure.

Hon Prime Minister , It may sound absurd but why do we need to remember an “Independence Day” It reminds every future generation of an era of servitude and pain rather than remember the true history of the land. Only if future gen knows the existence of Independence Day will they go back to the limited history of occupation , colonisation etc etc etc . How about only celebrating a “ republic day” on the date of passing of Indian constitution. The day the nation became a sovereign democratic republic after merger of various kingdom states into one Nation. Not overstepping I hope .

Save energy save environment, incase possible put solar panels on PPP model on all government office's, schools, college s, University s etc. we have lot of place so please focus on solar energy sir.this is my suggestion or idea sir.

My humble request to PM sir, Please focus or improve on public Helath & public Education because lot of poor , middle class people have depending , we need digital education in every government schools & Telemedicine in every Govt Hospitals from PHC to AIMS.
