The Undertrainee Officers of the Indian Armed forces if Injured during their training and discharged from service at NDA / IMA / Naval Academy/ Air Force Academy etc were granted Disability Pension on a case to case basis till 1996 but in 1996 a new policy was made where the name of disability pension was changed to Ex Gratia thus depriving the Disabled Cadets of all the benefits like Medical Cover and resettlement. in 2015 the then Raksha Mantri Shri Manohar Parrikar initiated steps to correct this historic wrong but the lower bureaucracy at DEPARTMENT OF Ex-servicemen welfare created artificial objections and till date has not cleared the proposal. Of Course I am referring to its deteriorating environment represented by the following indicators drawn from my experience in living in Delhi for past 50 years. - 20% - 30% roads need repairs, - 15% - 20% footpaths are occupied by beggars & street vendors, - 20%-30% streets donot have lights functioning, - Our mothers, sisters & elderlies always living in fear to travel during night time, - Unmanaged & non-sensical traffic on roads & no respect for traffic rules, - High stress & pollution levels In the interest of our Capital, our Nation & for our future generation we need to act quickly & on priority to resolve these issues in collaboration with Delhi Government by drawing out a joint road-map for implementation. 1.Sir in Maharashtra there is only development and works takes place in west Maharashtra.But Maharashtra government not so focus on Vidarbh.Sir in last year because of heavy rain fall there was fluid situation create in river nearby to my farm,due to this much water entered in my farm and flown away all crop with much more soil.
