Using biofuels and electricity for cooking to come out of gas dependency. Solar cooking to avoid fuel based cooking. Every house have minimum solar power and reduce dependency of power grids. Utilizing every inch of land like governament property to vegitate fruits,vegetables,grass,pulses etc. 100 percent utilization of railway tracks to carry commercial vehicles along with passengers to avoid dependency of fosil fuel Adopt green energy on every water stream to generate electricity through simple turbines connected to grid supply requirements for animals in forests by studying their shortfall and requirements. participate in nation building program

माननीय भारत देश के प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी, आप से निवेदन हैं कृपया मेन्टल हेल्थ के बारे में बोले। RRB 03/3018 JE के अभ्यर्थियों की मेन्टल हेल्थ, ये अभी ENGINEERING DEGREE धारी हैं। जो 2015 से रेलवे की सेवा में इंजिनीरिंग की तैयारी की है पूरे 7 साल। अपनी उम्र के 23 से 30 साल का समय (7 वर्ष) लगया हैं, मतलब अपनी जवानी लगाई हैं, CEN 03/2018 JE भर्ती आयी और ये सभी स्टेज के एग्जाम पास किये हैं। फिर भी अभी तक joining नही आई हैं। इनके 23से 30 (7 वर्ष) इसका कारण RRB 03/2018 में joining देने में देरी हैं। इनकी जवानी 23 से 30 (7 वर्ष) उर्जावान दिन निकल गये हैं शिर्फ़ RRB JE बनने के इंतजार में। अगर ये fail हो जाते तो अच्छा था कोई काम जरूरत search कर लेते। अब ये exam के सभी स्टेज पास कर न मरने में हैं ना जीने में हैं। अगर यही Engineering degree धारी बच्चे सांसदों और मंत्रियों के होते तो इनकी मेन्टल हेल्थ के लिये आप क्या करते इस पर बोलियों। मेन्टल हेल्थ सभी प्राणी का अधिकार हैं वो कोई भी जीव हो , फिर इन Engineering डिग्री धारी बच्चों की मेन्टल हेल्थ का क्या होगा?

Honourable Prime Minister, my topic for the 'Mann ki baat' is EBP ethanol blending programme. Please put some light on ethanol blending. Please tell us about its scope and will there be more subsidies this year for manufacturing and procurement of ethanol.

Hon'ble sir, One more suggestion, cant we engage the beggars in each area and add them in our main stream of " SWATCH BHARAT" to hire on contract them under local municipal corporations . We can give them identification no. and put them in same area under one supervisor to keep that area clean in different activities. This will give them sense of employment and will come in main stream of country.

Hon'ble Sir, Just a suggestion , all the administrative persons should conduct the meetings which can be done in discussion only ( not filling or presentation type ) on the field only for which area the meting is . On the spot , this will help them to take decisions because most of the things will be in front of them and will speed up the cases also as no one has to report back the situation. As in our private industry a Japanese activity we do = GEMBA WALK ( means check on the spot , not in conference room) . This will help a lot as when top officials will go on the spot , cleaning of that area will be automatically done and 25% work will be completed by just arranging the meeting . This should be on the spot , No snacks party . Go check , discuss , decide and walk off . Its done .
