Employment generation is a major issue. Centre will need lot of army men whenever India will fight war with China & Pakistan together.Therefore army & states can share expenses.when army will deploy such jointly recruited people ,it will bear the cost , in peace time states will use with 20% or as decided financial contribution by army to state.Centre can help army & states for such negotiation.Like Army requested Jharkhand to send its people to China border for civilian work by direct payment.

Respected Prime minster iam aarushi chaturvedi i want to tell you that you are doing a great work but still some people in my area and poor people are not getting convinced of taking vaccines.iam also a young warrior i participated in the unicef and cbse collabration of young covid warrior.so how can we convince the?they are feared about the vaccines? regards aarushi

Dear sir , I am Ridhi Shaw a student of Oxford High School of Howrah, West Bengal. As we know covid cases are increasing day by day and now the delta varian also started to spread in our country . In my locality there is no set up for vaccination except the private hospital .I want to request you that you take action about this and as I can encourage my elders to take vaccination I have did but there aren't any set up of vaccination camp .I hope you understand what I meant to convey

Respected Modi ji, food for work programme initiated by you is the great project.My humble request is instead of giving money directly, suggest to give food grains for the family. So that money will be spent creatively for the family. Atleast 50 percent money can be given in the form of Ration.Kindly consider Sir

आदरणीय मोदी जी इस बार मन की बात में बीकानेर के पापड़ उद्योग भुजिया उद्योग बड़ी उद्योग का देशवासियों को जरूर उदाहरण बताएं जिसे देशवासी अपने शहर और जगह के अनुसार और वहां की परिस्थिति के अनुसार छोटी-छोटी औद्योगिक इकाइयां और कुटीर उद्योग स्थापित कर सके धन्यवाद

Shri Narendra Modi Ji very sincerely request to you, please stand with approximately 6000 unemployed and jobless DRM (Daily Rated Mazdoor) workers of the West Bengal Postal Circle under Indian Post. The DRM workers those who tirelessly served postal department for last 5 - 10 years continuously. But today this workers are unemployed and jobless in the name of hiring new GDS staffs. And facing huge difficulties. As a Guardian, Sir please solved this issue of the DRM workers of WB Postal Circle.

लोकसभा, विधानसभा चुनावों की वोटिंग के दिन अवकाश घोषित किया जाता है पर अधिकतर सरकारी या प्राइवेट कर्मचारी वोट डालने नहीं जाते हैI सोचते है की मेरे एक वोट से क्या होगा पर हर वोट कीमती है I अतः मेरा सुझाव है सरकारी या प्राइवेट कर्मचारी वोट डालने का प्रमाण अपने नियोक्ता को दे यदि प्रमाण नहीं देता है तो उसे विशेष अवकाश नहीं दिया जाए तथा उसे अनुपस्तिथ किया जाय या उसके अवकाश खाते से छुट्टी काटि जाय इससे वोट डालने का प्रतिशत बढ़ेगा I इससे कर्मचारी को वोट डालने को मज़बूर होना पड़ेगा I
