Honorable PM, the system introduced for all Govt/PSU Sectors procurement through GeM to stop corruption is very impressive and successful planning. But to my knowledge, the procurement plan should be decided well in advance with Technical & Commercial aspects before it comes to GeM Portal for Supplier participation. After participation of the BID it should be decided within a period of maximum two months. It should not exceed till one year. The actual manufacturers will loose interest to participate and Govt can't get quality material with reasonable price. And before finalization, the Buyer should physically visit the Supplier Manufacturing Unit for their confirmation. If any FAKE information has been given the manufacturer should be BLACK LISTED immediately so that, they can't participate in future. Then it will help for Seller & Buyer to run the system successfully.

It is absolutely necessary for the country to stop freebies distribution by political parties . All parties will have to do it , if they want to stay in power . This will lead country to bankruptcy soon . A database of all beneficiaries of freebies should be maintained . This will stop corruption at distribution level .Database will eventually show that beneficiaries are few selected people only Name of the beneficiary should not be deleted till his death . All freebies should be considered as loan till his death. And if the beneficiary becomes competent , he is obliged to pay back . This way Needy persons will get when they need it but it will be a recorded help , which they are expected to return , if they can Before their death .

I think we should change our education system. the system which we follow is given by Britishers. In India education has been started by great sages which is quite different from this which we follow. This is the biggest loophole of our country. If we treat the cause or root of problem, fruits will automatically be healthy and productive. #Schools change to Gurukul #Books change to Veda and Puranas (which scientists are still discovering is already in all these scriptures). #Rishis, Munis and many great Indians like Chanakya, Buddha, Shankaracharya etc. name should be there in place of all Britishers in each and every book. All inventions were made by the great rishis and are written in Veda and Purana, but nowhere we see their names. #JAB NA HOGA KISI ANGREZ KA NAAM, HMARA BHARAT BANEGA MAHAAN#. #GURUKUL PADDHATI KO APNAO, KHUD KO DESH K KAABIL BANAO#.

Respected PM Sir, Let the new Parliament building be inaugurated by the President of India on May 28 and a joint Session may also be convened on this day, to pay rich tributes to the Indian democracy. Reasonably speaking, its auspicious opening should not be marred by the bycott thereof by all main Opposition political parties and its inaugural ceremony should, to the extent possible, be attended by all Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs.
