Part 4/5 My suggestions 1. Government can introduce a consent form which can highlight importance of organ donation & it can be made mandatory to sign consent form to express willingness or non-willingness to pledge organs while issuing documents like driving license, election cards, passport, Aadhar cards etc 2. Prompt Declaration & certification of brain death should be made mandatory throughout India. ….Continued

Part 3/5 I can completely understand & feel the pain & agony of patients and their families are currently going through awaiting second chance of life. In the view that single brain-dead person can save 8 lives by donating vital organs like kidney, heart, lungs, liver etc. & each one of us after death can improve quality of life of 56 people by donating tissues like cornea, skin, valves etc.; increasing the awareness about organ donation at grassroot level is the need of hour. ….Continued

Part 2/5 This is due to various misconceptions & religious taboos. In India the rate of organ donation is 0.8 per million as compared to 30-35% per million in most other countries. More than 5 lakh end stage organ failure patients die every year due to lack of availability of organs. The covid 19 pandemic has worst hit the process of organ donation & transplantation in past 18 months. ….Continued

Part 1/5 Honorable PM of India Shri Narendra Modi ji, I am Yateen Madhukar Chodnekar from Mumbai. Chief Transformation Officer by profession & founder of YMC Organ donation & Transplant foundation, I had undergone double lung transplant in October 2019 and a miraculous recovery thereafter. We recently celebrated World organ donation day on 13th of August & Azadi ka Amrut Mahotsav on 15th August. But in past 75 years, there is a sorry state of organ donation in India ...Continued

श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री महोदय जातियजनगणना की मांग की जा रही क्योकि सरकारे जनसंख्यानियंत्रण कानून नही बनापाई जातिय जनगणना से काम न चलेगा जातियजनगणना के साथ इसका भी अध्ययन होना चाहिए कि आजादी के बाद से किस तरह कुछ विशेष जातियों ने अंधाधुंध बच्चे पैदा करके दूसरों के आर्थिक संसाधनों को हड़पा है जिस आर्थिक सामाजिक विषमता पिछड़ेपन के नाम पर जातिगत आरक्षण की मांग की जाती है इसकी सजा कम जनसंख्या वाले दूसरे वर्ग को दी जा रही जातिय जनगणना के साथ आजादी के बाद जातीय जनगणना वृद्धि दर को प्रदर्शित करना चाहिए

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हिन्दी के विभिन्न संस्थानों के कर्ताओं द्वारा जो कार्य किये जा रहे हैं, उनसे तो हमारी हिन्दी सिमटती जा रही है। साथ ही, उन्हें अपने राष्ट्र गौरव नरेन्द्र मोदी जी के कार्यों को भी विदेशों में लिपिबद्ध कर लोगों को देना चाहिये ताकि वहाँ के लोग भी सीखें कि अपनी संस्कृति की रक्षा करते हुये किस प्रकार ठोस व दूरगामी योजनाओं द्वारा कोई राष्ट्र अपने नागरिकों को सुरक्षा और समृद्धि दे सकता है।इस कार्य में हिन्दी संस्थानों के लोग प्रायः फिसड्डी साबित हुये हैं।ध्यान देने की आवश्यकता है
