The name of the country be changed from India to "BHARAT" on a priority basis as India indicates a Dhai Akshar letter which is not good for the country.

The traffic signals must be placed at least 10 to 15 ft inside from the exit point of the road. This will save traffic congestion at traffic junction where traffic systems are installed. The Speed breaker must also be installed at least 10 to 15 ft inside from the exit point of the road, this will make speed slower and likely to reduce accidents. The speed breakers also must be one end to another end so there will not be any short cut.

There is lot of water waste in houses and everywhere. The hole size of water TAP/ Cork be reduced so that the water wastage will reduce drastically. A standard size of hole to be made compulsory by all the sanitary manufacturing companies. This will save at least 50% to 70% water consumption all over India. The holes in the fountain must also be made standard number of holes so that water consumption will reduce. This will save water.

Dear Prime Minister Modiji, With my highest regards and faith in you, I am submitting an idea to reform our biggest community in India - the unorganised labour force. We have white and blue collar employees with welfare regulations governing them. We need one for Grey Collars - unorganised labour force that cuts across caste/community/religion and potentially our newest middle class. To reform them, may I you use your PMO funds to provide all direct govt contract labour the basic amenities as insurance/mediclaim/meal and 8-hour shift with allowance. This should then form the foundation for an appeal to all corporates to build such welfare scheme in their company structures such that a collective scheme emerges and becomes the India Grey Collars Welfare scheme. Your initiative will inspire before enforcement for corporates to take on this much needed responsibility. Insurance/medical schemes should be employer agnostic and transferable such that any new employer continues the premium.
