Namaskar When we celebrated the International Year of Millets we came to know about the qualities and health benefits of it and simultaneously we have seen a great increase in the demand as well as in the variety of items made by it. On the similar lines I suggest to celebrate the Year Or the Month on some crop/ plants/ herbs which have some medicinal value, that will lead towards awareness of its benefits and at the same time will give an opportunity to explore and highlight the rich culinary culture of Bharat.
