hon'ble P.M. even after being a girl of 16, I sometimes feel angered when I see people in my locality wasting water. I feel there should be strict laws to prevent water wastage. as a suggestion I believe every village should have A committee of few members which observes everyone's water usage. the person wasting water should be fined. the money collected from fines can be used for the betterment of the village. the people on the committee should be teenagers. also I believe every month, every school should conduct some campaigns in which children go out in a nearby public place and clean it then post about it on social media. the scheme can motivate a lot of people. firmly believing everyone has equal responsibility for the betterment of the nation I do my part even if it means getting scolded or hearing things like nothing will happen by one person's effort. and when I do my part I feel everyone should do there's too. so I request you to please talk about it.
