Dear PM The field of education and the educators are being neglected at school level. Just by launching and talking big about NEP revision will not give a solution. Ensuring job security and a legible pay scale for educators should be made mandatory. That are the ones who nurture the future as everyone knows, talks about it but as ever no action takes place to aid educators.. they live a hand to mouth life even after spending 24 x 7 on job. Situations for survival at the work front have been made very difficult. Long hours of stay back and all unnecessary jobs are taken care of apart form the health and well-being of educators, with an expectation of delivering the best under this pressure. Hope this call is not left unheard and some help would be rendered. Warm Regards

Dear Pradhan Mantri Ji 🙏NamaskaRam Hitherto I had submitted some ideas for Mann Ki Baat some of which were honoured by the PMO. This time I would like to suggest that in the present days many of the families are having two girl children only and the future days looks like not that safe for them as is being observed in Bangladesh. Hence We need to make them mentally and physically strong,for this I feel that short term military training is the only solution,for which We need to have some regiment for them on the lines of AGNIVEER.May be VEER NARI or let it be any name. Secondly I would like to share that We may be No.1 ECONOMY in the world if each and every Rupee in the circulation is accounted for,as as much as 100 percent is not being accounted for,that can be ayush be BLACK MONEY 🙂

Dear Prime Minister ji As you are well aware, in an important judgment that could benefit 1.06 lakh women in Gujarat and over 24 lakh women across the country, the hon.high court, Gujarat has ruled that anganwadi workers (AWWs) and anganwadi helpers (AWHs) are entitled to be absorbed as "permanent employees holding civil posts" in the central or the state govts.The Hon. Supreme Court has also ruled that Anganwadi Workers and Anganwadi Helpers should be treated the same as permanent employees in the State or Central Government. In my opinion,75 percent of workers complained of inadequate honorarium,14.28 percent complained of lack of help from community and other problems reported were infrastructure related supply ,excessive work overload and record maintenance.Kindly look in to the matter and speak about their grievances and formulate a policy in this regard.
