सर, झारखंड की राजधानी राँची में स्थित श्रम न्यायालय में श्रम विभाग की तरफ से याची की पैरवी करने के लिए कोई सरकारी वकील उपलब्ध नहीं कराए जाते हैं, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप लोगों को न्याय नहीं मिल रहा है। मैं इस बात को श्रीमान के समक्ष प्रमाण के साथ पेश कर सकता हूँ। और तो और ऐसा पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री श्री रघुवर दास के कार्यकाल में हुआ है कि मुख्यमंत्री जन संवाद केंद्र द्वारा दिए गए आदेश का भी पालन नहीं हुआ।

माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी जय जोहार! मैं उत्कर्ष कुमार सोनबोइर कृषि महाविद्यालय जगदलपुर बस्तर छत्तीसगढ़ से हूँ। आज मैं आपको छत्तीसगढ़ का हसदेव अरण्य के बारे में बताना चाहूँगा जो मध्य भारत का फेफड़ा कहा जाता है जो भारत के प्रमुख जंगलो में से एक है। हसदेव के घाटी पर रिसर्च के अनुसार ब्लैक गोल्ड यानी कोयला का भरमार है, इस घने जंगल में करोड़ो जन्य जीवों का बसेरा है, स्थायी निवासी और आदिवासी नहीं चाहते की यह कोयला खदान बने, इस कोयले खनन में अनुमानतः साढ़े चार लाख से भी ज़्यादा पेड़ काटे जाने वाले है। कोयला मंत्रालय और वन एवं पर्यावरण मंत्रालय ने 2010 इस खनन पर प्रतिबधं लगा कर नो गो एरिया घोषित किया था। पर आज फिर इस जगह पर खनन आरंभ हो गया है, लगभग १० सालों से इस खनन का विरोध आदिवासी कर रहा है पर उनका कोई सुनता नहीं। आज आदिवासी और स्थानीय लोग वहा जा कर डेरा डाले हुये है। वे कभी नहीं चाहते की इस जल जंगल जमीन के पेड़ों को सरकार या कोई भी उसे काटे, हसदेव उनके जननी है आराध्य है वनदेव है, वर्तमान में अभी पेड़ काटना बंद किया है पर उन्हें डर भी है की कहीं कल सरकार इसे काटने न आजाये #SaveHasdeo #SaveTree
