sir, There are hundreds of fit ,able bodied retired state and central govt doctors who wish to work for central govt on contractual basis especially in aspirational districts so that all health indicators come on par with developed districts , I request you to direct the health ministry to conduct a special recruitment drive of retired specialist doctors to work in aspirational , tribal ,remote and Andaman Islands where new health facilities and strengthening of existing hospitals takes place ,there is attrition of medical staff in aspirational districts hence retired specialist doctors who are willing to contribute to the nation can be recruited with suitable compensation .
