Problem: with about 290,000 street dogs, Kerala is not in the list of top 10 Indian states with most strays. But in terms of dog bites, it is the sixth in the country this year, reporting nearly 100,000 cases in the first seven months of 2022, double from the previous year and this is the latest problem in Kerala. We are focusing on rabid dogs because they are harmful because if got a nice bite from them we have a chances on death
Solution: Dogs ears are sensitive to loud noises such as thunder, hunting rifles, and even the vacuum they cause great anxiety in the dogs and A study which indicated dogs are afraid of the colour indigo. I would like to make device called dog guard:
when pressed the button it produce these high sounds and flashes indigo light from the speaker and the bulb inside the device.
it will work all over india not only in kerala
if anyone liked it please reply

GOI to create a database of top performers and, doers from various fields : science, technology, product development, products delivered to industry, defence, common man, etc. Keep updating this list every month.
Induct them to concerned ministries as advisors and allow them to advise ministers and bureaucrats.
See their performance. outcome and change them if not satisfactory.
Go merit based and not by affiliations.

Dear PM, A long ago you started Swachh Bharat Mission. But now people are again forgetting this. Please re-initiate the mission, ask youths not to forget the mission goals, so that the people shall think about what to throw, what to recycle, where and how to recycle and reuse the goods. Reusing a product will also help the economy of each family to be more stable.

It is regarding the Medical students who were rescued from Ukraine last Feb/ March. What will be the fate of these students numbering around 15000 ? I think this is an extraordinary situation and you should do something to accommodate them in India so that they becomes Doctor and serve the country. your government has a responsibility to them . They had to ask help from the supreme court despite being only students. This is really not fair and looks odd. Request you to interfere and ask NMC to act to accommodate them even if reqd by amending NMC laws at the earliest.

Hon'ble PM Modiji, Justice delayed is justice denied. In India, Justice is unreachble to the needy&poor at present.Knocking the judiciary is costly and much delayed. That has become advantage for the exploiters and Inhumans.Hence they cause much damage to the downtrodden. The so called aristocratic and educted social terrorists and thus the uneducated and poor week people are becoming victims. It s the most unfortunate thing that a common man cannot get his case FIR copy from police station at free of cost or with the prescribed cost even though he himself filed the case. He has to follow the formality to get his copy. Public prosecutor will not attend the case and may not give advise or suggestion at free of cost even though he is PP. Poor uneducated are going towards high handed politicians and village elders to settle their issues even now in this technologiical era.So many remote corner places are away from Justice.Hence we need to strengthen the Law and order position and judiciary
