Respected Sir, There need to be done something on this,common man can only scream, ask them to stop bursting crackers nearby houses, the noise pollution or the sound effect that they produce disturbs everyone and causes health hazards to young and old.Imagine the weak ones and old age parents, little children and even the disabled children and adults would be going through. Not only human beings even animals. It just shakens and disturbs from within. Those who are bursting crackers will never learn unless there is something done by the Government both at the Center and the State. Deepawali is considered festival of lights. Can't it just remain as such rather than the sound, heat that is emitted thus polluted and considered dangerous. There should not be a stop to celebration but that should be in a proper way and not become harmful. I request you kindly to look into this matter seriously and take some action henceforth from the coming year so that no health hazards caused.

Hon’ble PM Sir, West Pakistani Hindu Refugee Front (WPHRF) welcome the decision taken by Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor J&K UT categorising the West Pakistani Refugees (other than those in SC category) as Backward class in J&K alongwith other 16 backward castes as recommended by J&K SEBC Commission for inclusion in the existing 27 OBC Castes who were granted only 2% reservation under Other Social Castes (OSC) category, enhanced to 4% after abrogation of Article 370. Union Govt may kindly issue necessary direction for restoration of 24% reservation presently with RBA - 10%, ALC/IB - 4% and EWS - 10% to EWS out of 27% reservation meant for OBCs and to provided 27% reservation to the castes specified as OBCs. Hence it is appealed to the Hon’ble Prime Minister that 24% reservation quota of OBCs diverted unconstitutionally to RBA, ALC/IB and EWS may kindly be reverted back and restored to OBC category to provided them 27% reservation at par with other States.
