Under your visionary stewardship, the country will become a defence importer in a short period. 2) Congrats for dedicating the solar powered Modhera village in Gujarat State to the nation on October, 9, 2022. This village has earned the distinction of becoming the India's 1st solar powered Suryagram . The Centre can bring more number of villages particularly in less developed states under the solar power. 3) Please advise the Union Education Ministry to include Mental Health subject from 6th to 12th standards 4) Kindly speak a few words about the heroic army dog, ZOOM which put up a valiant fight with two weapon wielding militants at Anantnag in south Kashmir and destabilised them, but lost its life on Oct. 9

Manya Pradhan Mantriji, This communication is to bring to your kind notice that we already have sufficient raw material generated in bio-ethanol plants(4000 million liters per annum). This methane could be used to make hydrogen. The hydrogen could be used to make ammonia. As a specific example, a bio-ethanol unit with a capacity of 100 KLPD(1 lakh liters per day) will produce sufficient biogas to make 28 tons of methane per day and this will generate 14 tons of hydrogen per day (saving 32 MW power plant). These 14 tons of hydrogen can produce 84 tons of ammonia per day. Extending this to our country, a production of 4000 million liters of ethanol per day is possible. We already have sufficient methane and subsequent hydrogen to establish ammonia units with a combined capacity of 3.3 million tons of ammonia with a total value (imported price of ammonia) of nearly 20,000 crores. Ammonia is the raw material for making nitric acid and nitrogen-based fertilizers.
