For education loans, we may frame a separate institution with sufficient carpus fund. They may give loans to all Indian students with low or free of interest. We may deduct some % from their salary after employment as statutory deduction by the employer as like PF and other statutory dues. All students will easily get fund for education and the
repayment will be very prompt. After 5 years of formation of institution, the repayment will be sufficient for further loan amount

Please consider providing emergency holidays(incase of crisis like heavy rain fall, earth quakes)for BSNL employees too especially for ladies. It was impossible for my mom to travel to office which is 17 kms long.Higher Officers are neither alloting her long term leaves nor giving her transfer to the nearest BSNL office. She is being tortured mentally by her higher officials. She works in one of the branches in Hyderabad BSNL offices.

1. Most of the tar roads are damaged in the next monsoon. Average life of good road is generally six to nine months. Concrete road will last for more than a decade. I think making concrete roads will be much more cheaper if we calculate the end of the life cost for 3 to 4 year. Any smart professional can determine this cost. We can start on this with internal roads of the cities.

Respected PM, We should start the National games again every 2/4 years in the country as used to happen in the past. They should include international games as well as old Indian games. This will improve the overall health of the people and encourage youths towards games and sports and will provide a healthy medium of entertainment. The whole social, psychological and health system will improve, thereby improving the immune power of citizens to face corona like epidemics and other diseases.

Regarding non performing assests in field of scince, so many scientific position filled by undeserving candidates due to corruption. A M.Sc(chemistry) pass out, hired by a premier bitotechnology institute and drawing a salary of 2lac/month with no scientific achievement for past 20 years and yet looking to get next promotion due to corrupt system which hands over promotion to such people. Imagine the amount of money drawn by this individual for 20 years along with all central govt benefits.

Dear Sir,
I am Dr. S. Udaya Bhaskar, Associate Professor in an engineering college. In view of the heavy rains in the cities, it has been worse during the past few days. Many have become homeless and some went missing due to the rain and excessive flow of water on the roads.
The drainage system has been clogged due to the plastic, glass and rubber waste. Drainages were constructed to flow of used water. Proper monitoring of the muncipalities have to be done regularly.

Sir,please add the the high tech scientific evidences of our ancient Bharat in the syllabus of current education system. One such evidence is of Angkor wat(param vishnuloka) in combodia.Although the temple is more than 1000 year old,it is built in such a way that all the four corridors from the centre of it are alinged 100% to the four directions,so how did they have such an high accuracy which is comparable to modern magnetometer.
Please support financially Praveen Mohan for his excellent work
