Dear PM ji,
In this time of pandemic those who have a roof above their head are lucky and could stay indoors and protect themselves. However, there are millions of people for whom affordable housing is a dream, especially in urban areas. I strongly feel that budget housing , which includes apartments of 1000 s.ft , should be constructed on a war footing in urban areas. Salaried class is the most neglected segment and even they are unable to afford a home for a decent living.

Women Career:
The nation where women are equally employed is a great nation - Saurajya. Women leave education due to several reasons like child marriage, family pressure etc. It can be avoided by giving an incremental monetary incentive, to those who are completing class 8,10,12 and graduation.
Women leaving careers due to child birth can be avoided by establishing government creches in every locality, even in villages, so that a woman can leave her child in safe hands and work peacefully.

Healthcare:
Education and healthcare are the two pillars of a great nation - Saurajya. We have hospitals but we donot have healthcare. Either the infrastructure is missing, or the quality of healthcare. Very few hospitals today are standard like AIIMS, Tata Cancer Hospital, etc but rest is just a building with dark corridors, waste all around, no 24 hours facilities, etc.
Government should upgrade each and every hospital in India. It should audit and RATE each and every hospital.

My suggestion is
In COVID-19 situation a lot of officers want to get their home posting. But While considering Transfer make sure that employees who have stayed for more than 4 years in northeast region (Hard Posting) (Nagaland) in PSU Insurance will be given first preference while giving transfer. The situation of parents are like Raja Dasharatha when Lord Ram Left. they are less thinking about their old age and more about their children safety. Please save such new officer

Our Hindu temples give solace to vast majority of the population and should be kept open during disasters and the crowd can be
controlled. This is important for our prayers to reach th concerned devatas.ABlindly following the westerners does not help.I think that it should be followed in future venkatasubramanian
