Sir, today the total country was in grips of CORONA, due to that so many people are dying. Without showing any symptoms, it was affecting so many persons, knowing the same only when they are checking the same through RAPID tests. This type of symptoms are in asymptotic in nature. Sir my suggestion, is before conducting the tests, assuming that large part of the society was affected by this Corona, the government supply the necessary medicine to all individuals and order them use for 15 days.

Floods are causing havoc in northeast, bihar& other parts of India caused due to the collection of sediments coming from hills and reducing the depth of rivers ,encroachment on river banks shallow river mouths, sandbanksetc. If we remove these sediments&deepening rivers widening river mouth&impediment & use sediments for increasing height in flood prone areas we can contain floods,same in cities like Mumbai Delhi etc where the drainage remained same even though population increased multi fold
