In the light of recent initiative of one nation one farmers market cooperation model of eventually farmers owned value chain in Uttarakhand practiced since 2008 recognised by various research and academic institutions could be replicated as partnerships model in rural areas with active partnerships of stakeholders.

after the lock down period, aymptomatic patients can be allowed home isolation.for patients requiring hospital care ,two cities can be made as covid care cities ,one of which is the capital of the states and the other can be any accessible and developed city, supporting 5000 beds each, until this pandemic gets over..this will not affect the health care of people deserving treatment for chronic illness, which counts much higher than covid mortality...wearing face mask in public cannot be enforced

Dear sir
Please ensure that who ever gets out to the market should carry cloth bags with them definitely.Fine people using single use plastic, cows are feeding on them and dying on roads. Not only bags everyone should carry flask like mugs with them, for having water or tea.So that covid spread can be prevented. And all sorts of single use paper cup and plastic cup be banned.Paper cup have plastic within them.Ban all sort of puplic littering, spitting, habits need to be changed.Fine heavily on spot.

IT SEEMS THE VEGITABLES UNCLEANED FROM BENEATH THE SOIL AND MICRODUST OF TWO WHEELERS MIGHT HAVE WEAKENED THE LUNGS OF COVID19 DEAD BEFORE ACTUAL ATTACK OF CORONA.
THE LIFE STYLE OF DEAD RICH IR POOR MAY ALSO PLAY A ROLE IN DEATH OF COVID19 VICTIMS.

PM Modi can tell in his talk about nasal masks preventive (24x7)
Suggested Preventive: Nasal Masks (protect family at home, public) 24x7
While in public, add regular mask.
Quick push fit replaceable and washable filters.
Infection spreads via respiratory track primarily, mouth can be kept shut in public - keep social distancing maintained.
Eyes and mouth are in our control, breathing is almost not in our control.
Quick mass production, free distribution in Govt. hospitals.
