Sir we want to know how we can take the facility/enroll in Ayushman Bharat Scheme. I suggest any body can take this facility by paying some Premium specially for middle Class. I m not agree, the card issue according the survey in 2010-11. During this period the condition of lot of people has been change ( Gareeb -Ameer Ho gaya Hoga and Ameer Gareeb ) .My son totally bed ridden from last 8.5 Year and i have spent lot of money so i want this facility.
