2nd point: Religion based reservations should be eradicated. Yes reservation is good but it should be given to poor people only. If govt thinks reservation should help backward people to come to mainstream, I think it's blatant lies. So govt should do campaigning once in a month in backward areas to explore their ideas and give positive impact about education then it will create a good vibration environment.
An example:A doctor applied caste certificate to get degree, will u go to him/her? No

Dear Sir,
zens must have access to safe and confidential reporting mechanisms and governments must do more to ease citizens' fear of retaliation in reporting corruption. Despite these challenges, citizens are largely optimistic about the future and believe that ordinary people can make a difference in the fight against corruption.

Dear Sir,
Bribery in public services continues to plague India. Slow and complicated bureaucratic process, unnecessary red tape and unclear regulatory frameworks force citizens to seek out alternate solutions to access basic services through networks of familiarity and petty corruption.

Our Respected PM always says our system needs to be corrupted free but has no focus on Pradhan Mantri Awas Gramin Yoyona scheme. As we can see bribe always there in rural areas. If you don't give enough bribe, pachayet and respective rulling party will not allow to get any facility from the Govt. So online application should be there instead of offline application.
Next and most important thing is job creation and I don't think Gov't has focused enough on this trait.

Dear Sir,
India records highest rate of bribery in Asia
Both national and State governments need to streamline administrative processes for public services, implement preventative measures to combat bribery and nepotism, and invest in user-friendly online platforms to deliver essential public services quickly and effectively.

Government should think of reserving 30-50% seats in Agricultural university, National institute of fashion technology, Footware development institutions, renewable energy, bio fuel institutes, water resources and irrigation courses and small percentage of seats in IIT,IIM ,medical colleges for the children of bonafide farmers on the condition that they will work or offer services or start business or enterprise in rural areas.
