The sorry state of Air India is worrying. Especially with a significant population of NRI & overseas citizens of India, why AirIndia is not able to seize market share . I think the problem lies in AirIndia being a behemoth without understanding the ground realities. India can become a hot transit location due to its size itself. For that I have a suggestion that is to split Air India like Indian railways like western south, north & eastern & develop them as hubs.

The slow down in micro msme which create 60% of employment is under stress due financial support not available. This is mainly due to lack of penetration in this sector by the banks. Being a banker I feel there is lots of work can be done by identifying the micro msme's and unemployed skilled ITI workers. This is suggested to invite the retired/vrs bankers for mentoring the in experienced young bankers

to solve housing problems in cities and towns, govt must take over ALL slum lands paying respective owners and develop multi-storeyed green oriented housing colony and give back the same on almost earlier amount of rent plus taking a deposit to those people who used to live there earlier and sell the additional flats on market price. it will ensure people not to leave the flats by selling them to third parties to develop another slum elsewhere. it must be done on the idea of no profit no loss
