Atleast 10000 e-tenders are floated every single day. Atleast 100000 of companies applies. And each tender involves atleast 500 pages. As a process , each bidder first PRINT these 500 pages, then sign on each page then scans these pages and then Upload on eprocurement portals. these already signed pages are Re-signed using DSC. On an avg. we wasted 5 Crores pages each day. We can save these pages and save TREES. And environment. Please consider to do tender completely paperless.

similarly ruling party workers do not support people at grassroots level, they are only instigated to work for certain purposes which are mostly unproductive. All welfare centric schemes are made with good intentions by the govt but implementation is very poor. When these schemes are made, govt should also make its implementation plan and its review mechanism for its performance as it is really working at ground level or not. If not who are responsible for this. Here, political will is very im

Continuing on water storage,we could build stadiums which have underground tanks to store water in a PPE business model. Commercial area shops could be built on above ground level or maybe multilevel to fund these projects. This idea is especially useful for cities where space is a premium. Thanks sir.

and ask them to go around. They are unable to break these barriers. My domestic help buys LPG in black by paying Rs. 800-900 per cylinder whereas we get subsidy. She is unable to get benefit of PM free gas scheme as well as regular gas connection. It is because of illiteracy and lack of awareness. Generally political workers including elected representatives get active only for vote politics during elections or to oppose ruling party, make violence and unruly demonstrations for no purpose

Also, all political parties and their workers/supporters should come forward to help people voluntarily for getting them the benefits of schemes made by the govt especially for poor and unprivileged people. There should be single window support mechanism for needy people. I have guided many people like our domestic helps to apply and get benefit of certain popular Pradhan Mantri Schemes, but when they go to govt offices where officials are not supportive, demands for various documents and ask

Respected PM Sir Our country is facing water shortage inspite of heavy rains and floods occuring every year. To solve this problem, we can make an effort to collect the rainwater in a big way which otherwise goes waste. Why can't we build huge water Reservoirs to hold the water. If we can make even one reservoir per village in an area of about 50 X 50 mtrs and and 10 mtrs deep or height, depending on whether its underground or just a cement tank on surface.wr can Store atleast 25000 tons

To make the deserving community aware of their rights, motivate them to make use of the existing govt. programmes, eliminate all bottlenecks and ensure it reaches to the right and deserving community to make difference in their lives. The best way to do it is at local Panchayat level or authorities concerned.
