Modiji,Your concern over Hygiene is commendable. Govt should come with a manual for waste management.I will suggest a few points on this topic. No bio-degradable or waste containing any pollutants should be used to fill any depressions including abandoned wells. All factories restaurants etc. should have a piece of elevated ground to dispose or store their waste products away from highly populated area (with promt transporting facilities if the place is far away from source of pollutant).

by giving extra reasonable amount in their aadhar linked bank account for the rice/peddy produced by them. This is just an example. I want to say here that Government can ensure every citizen's basic needs being fulfilled. Our government need to think on this topic critically. Experts can easily understand what I am saying. However I will prepare a file on this topic "The way every citizen's basic needs can be fulfilled by the best Government"and will upload here

Modiji, A lot of money is spent for cleaning Ganga.I feel that if a part of money is spent for installing small septic tanks or STP in villages in the upper reaches of GANGA every year a lot of improvement may take place. It should be working at micro level.Sample units made in selected house hold free of cost can change perception of hygeine among rural folk .

If you and your Govt is on the path of truth, no small thing like Sonia,Rahul, Sheela, Maya, or Lalu and Nitin can defeat you in UP or anywhere. The problem is corruption is not controlled. I hear it same as it was before.

and to make balance between income and expenses of every citizen. One's income is other's expenses. E.g if we want to keep the prices of rice low while increasing other's income, then the income of those citizen who produces rice will become low simultaneously and they become poorer. In this can government can take steps e.g, keeping these essential goods price low but at the same time helping those farmers by giving extra amount in their adhar linked bank ac

JEEVAN PRAMAN, Aadhar based digital life certificate scheme(Your dream) is highly beneficial for old pensioners, to provide options at home/ near by to submit life certificate.
Beside central government, only 2-3 state Governments start the scheme.
Kindly make a request to various state Government opt for it, to give more wings, to the vision of facilitate all in every ways, including old/ week citizens.

Respected Sir, Namaskar,
Most of the departments, branches in the government sector are trying to increase their numbers by making more and more rules rather than simplifying them. Please order a study to reduce the regulations which will lead to reduction in manpower, faster work and less government expenditure. Hope you will take a note of it.
Thank you
Jai Hind.
