The quality of a country improves when the work culture improves. We have labour laws that protect the employees that negatively affect the institutions. Each employee should ensure that the institution achieves what it is meant to achieve. If not the purpose of the same is lost. All employees that work against the achievement of such a goal should be laid off. The laws of the country should stand to uphold and encourage efficiency. The inefficient and the negative should be penalised.

I am greatly concerned about the future of our children. I would like to hold the teaching community responsible to a large extent. I head a school and this is a view shared by other school heads and managers. We are stuck with some teachers who have absolutely no commitment to the children. These teachers are protected by various laws. Keeping them in schools will certainly prove lethal. Could you bring strict laws to ensure quality work at schools? Useless teachers should be sent home. HELP!!!

Respected Sirji,I)Traffic Discipline is the need of the hour,as number of precious lives are lost due to 1)lack of respect for others 2)overconfidence 3)aggression 4)lack of lane discipline 5)disregard to Indian rules&traffic police. Also, pathetic road conditions in Indian cities with open drainages, during rainy season posing a scary risk.II)spitting on roads by people need to stop, as it uncivilised,as many a times it falls on other following riders&spoils Roads/environment&infectionsRegards
