TOPIC 1: PART 2: WRONG TO RIGHT MOVE TO END CORRUPTION : VERY FEW EVEN ACKNOWLEDGES THEM, VERY FEW EVEN CARE TO KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT OR WRONG TO EVEN RAISE A VOICE FOR THE SAME, AND IF ANY1 TRIES IS EITHER IS KNOWN AS FOOL OR A PERSON WITH AN UNEMPLOYED STATUS. REASONS FOR SUCH CORRUPTION:
1. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE
2. LACS OF LAWS
3. WORDS PLAY THE RULES IN LAWS RATHER THAN READING BETWEEN THE LINES AND EXTRACTING THE EXACT LAWS.
4. TENACIOUS AND VIVACITY OF LAWS

Dear Sir,In my early post I suggested to build an app/system to counter corruption. Here I like to suggest that this app can be used to clean govt department.bcoz in a office officers know who are corrupted most. And they can input about those corrupted guys .Since it wld be a Anonymous there won't be any fearof identity. At the end a database of corrupted officers can be easily tracked by agencies to recover blackmoney.By this way we can clean all departments &recover huge blackmoney.Contd..1/2

Swacch Bharat Abhiyan is an initiative taken by these central government. The maximum diseases caused to the human is due to lack of sanitation. In India, when peoples driving their vehicles on roads, out of which the maximum peoples throws their garbage on the roads while driving and these happens everyday in most of the cities in India, even if these initiative is taken. So, strict action should be taken against those peoples.

Transforming India can be started by ending up the quota system as demanded by whole youth of the country if u want to give a real benefit to weaker sections STOP the casteism SC BC GENERAL etc....
Give Power to WOMENS who feel insecure in INDIA !!
STOP SC BC AND OTHER QUota make quota for WOMEN alone that is much better.
Start taking the Youth demands !!
That will take some Time but surely it works!!
SAve the NAtION !!

Regarding the same issue (below): We would like to add that multiple complaints were placed to MHRD (via pgportal.gov.in) but till date they have been unable to give us a definite solution, this raises a question about the effectiveness and seriousness of CPGRAMS grievance redressal system. We students had a HUGE amount of expectations from this Government, but it seems nothing has changed. Please don't disappoint us.

Sir, I want to bring to your notice the prctice of delaying of holding Convocations by Central Univrsities. Assam University Silchar is a prime exmple of this ill prctice. They've been unable to hold convocations since 2014 and at the same time refuses to release the Original Degree Certificates where as UGC guidelines (attached PDF) mandates all original certificates to be released within 180 days of course completion in case a convocation is not held. Sir, students are suffering. Please help.
