It is observed that uttarakhand the abode of god is affected by water logging flood problem for which i have taken advice from my friend sagar regarding saving uttarakhand state from floods. he told me that we dont have proper rain water harvesting and linking of canals from north india himalayan regions i.e. kashmir to kanyakumari, rajasthan to orissa and from north east to west of india. in japan.

15) All the illiterate politicians must be replaced by good and honest people 16) Proper cleanliness of uttar pradesh state must be handled by separate agency like CIDCO as it is done in Navi Mumbai of Maharashtra State and Chandigarh. I am writing in order to make uttar pradesh a good place like maharashtra, punjab, goa, andhra pradesh, kerala so that uttar pradesh must not be no.1 in crime instead it must be no.1 in good things

11) Every women, teacher, small child, middle class people, honest police officer, college girls, small girl, honest politician, people of gurudwara, masjid, mandir, church, buddhist shrines or farmer must be always with army officers and para military commandoes with proper arms and ammunitions for their safety 12) Stricter law must be introduced to punish bad politicians, murderers, criminals, convicts, rape attempters, local goons, police criminals, riot avengers, dangal khors.

7) Alcohol, Drugs must be totally banned in uttar pradesh to stop the violence 8) Dustbins must be kept all over uttar pardesh in order maintain waste management and garbage 9) Rivers of uttar pradesh i.e. Ganga, Yamuna, Saraswati must be kept cleaned by all the public 10) Strict Penalty must be introduced for people splitting or loitering in uttar pradesh in any area

6) Employment opportunities in IT sector, Airlines, Hotelling, Education, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Real Estate, Govt Sector, Public Sector, Semi Govt, Private Sector, must be kept as par with Punjab, Tamilnadu, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Jharkhand, Kerala, Haryana, Gujarat for improving the standard of living of uttar pradesh to decrease the crimes, murders, rapes, killings.

3) Stricter laws must be introduced in order to capture gun or harmful weapons from all the gundas, terrorists, political people and local goons 4) Arms, explosives and gun license must be banned in uttar pradesh by all the IPS Officers or defence people in order to stop killings 5) Sanitation facilities in toilets, water, hotels, public places, residential areas, farm areas, school colleges shall be improved on urgent basis

It has been observed that uttar pradesh is witnessing the problems of Poverty, Crimes, Theft, Women Harrassment, Unemployment,imporper storage facilties for food grains, poor education system, poor infrastructure, poor hygiene, lack of adequate sanitation facilties in following places - Saharanpur, Moradabad, Bareilly, Lucknow, Devipatan, Basti, Gorakhpur, Meerut, Aligarh, Agra, Kanpur, Faizabad, Azamgarh, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, Allahabad, Varanasi, Mirzapur.

DIVERSION OF WATER TO KEY DROUGHT AREAS IS NECESSITY SO THAT ALL WELLS WILL BE FILLED WITH DRINKING WATER. INDIA LACKS CLEANLINESS AND CONSTRUCTIONS IN DAM, CANALS, RESERVOIRS, RIVERS AND LAKES IN PROPER HEIGHT OF 5000 FT DEEP
