Hon'ble Sir, Most of the employees working contract basis in various schemes like NRLM, NRHM, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyaan, RMSA, ICDS etc., Some State Govt utilizes their services concern departments like Health, Education, Women & Child Welfare etc., But such employees receives low wages, no Provident Fund, no other Statuary Deductions, no Job Security and huge work pressure. I request pls implement common Human Resource Management Policy and increase their life standards.

In our country majority of people don’t care for traffic rules; there is no traffic sense in general population. So many lives are lost daily due to traffic accidents. If this issue is taken up by our Respected PM may be he could bring a revolution to implement traffic sense in public. It’s not difficult to follow traffic rules but still nobody wants to follow.

We have a minimum of of 3.5 Lakh people in prisons if we add up all the jails (Central,District,Suv, Women, Open, special etc). Why don't we do what South Korea did, and use these people for making roads and infra in tough areas? Cheap labor, plus less burden on the taxpayers as they would provide something meaningful to the society while they serve their time. Also, given that their tamas will be used up, they'd end up becoming satvic by the time they come out of prison.

To save wastage of water, we are storing the used water coming out of washing machine after cleaning clothes to flush toilet. In this season, lot of water comes out of Air conditioners due to humidity factor, which we are collecting for using to watering plants and for using in sweeping/cleaning the floors. Although it requires some extra labour but in this way we are able to save lot of water.

Like IITs & IIMs we need Indian Agricultural Research Institute in every state atleast. Good if it is in every district of India. Your simple word will create huge response from your public. If you say something it will reach each and every Indian citizen. Like Clean India, Let’s make Green India to be Healthy and Hunger Free India. If our generation does not learn agriculture, then our future generation may need to learn this from foreigners Agriculture should sustain. Formers need respect.

Honorable Sir, Our Nation is to celebrate 70th Independence Day. Still onwards we are implementing Reservation Policy. So our Nation is not Developed country. Developing country only. I request that the Prime Minister may be pleased to abolish Reservation policy and to implement merit system in both Education and Implement level
