All ngo & political parties collect donations & deposit in bank. Its tax free also. So any intrest accrued on such account should go to govt and not the account holder. Such account is having huge balance and earning intrest for which they are not eligible. Because its not their hard eraned money and not paying tax. They collect money for doing social services and they don't utilize it and earn intrest on the bank balance. Any intrest on such account should go to govt.

Prime Minister you can concentrate on rural economy in this mann ki baat about the effect of demonetization in their zone and the steps government have taken and are going to take so as to make them more liquid as your voice is heard in every nuke and corner of this country. You can also motivate them about the benefits of rupay/debit card and the usage of cheques. It's worth trying. It will take a generation and a half to migrate them to proper channel and i am not understanding them.

Please install CCTV Camera in rural area banks to control their activities. most of them are not having CCTV CAMERA and they are converting black to white by earning commission. openly they are offering black money owners to convert their black to white. Please control this before villagers go against demonetization.
