Sir at present thousands of dowry cases are coming to court/police.Most people are Innocent.Ladies make trouble to their in laws including mother father sister in laws only to earn money.
The govt should make a law that dowry GIVING is crime (Just as dowry demadind is crime) ,andafter that we can see that dowry cases will disappear from INDIA.
This is my MAN ki baat. This will enhance Indian tradition.Dowry deaths will be stopped.

Dear PM,Mr. Modi,
Sir-with all the gloom n doom around climate change ,I strongly believe that to reverse climate change, the actions from governments or organisation only will not be enough.Individuals will have to contribute in every aspect of living. But individuals need to be told what to do.I have started running a digital campaign for individual actions on Facebook n Twitter. www.facebook.com/isavedearthby is facebook page.
Mann ki Baat can focus on some of those individual actions
Rgds.

It is mandatory to get some documents like Marriage Certificate and vehicle RC(transfer from one state to other). These services should be digitized through Aadhar and citizens must get facility to apply anywhere in India. Currently it is very difficult to get marriage certificate and RC transfer. Due to job, citizens are not at hometown and they are unable to produce because of their complicated procedures. Compulsory services should be nationwide (anywhere apply) by using Aadhar.

Dear Sir,
Talent and Acquisition teams is backbone of any organization. There is a difference in recruitment style between private and public sector. I used to wonder why public sector organizations are not adopting good methods of talent acquisitons like private firms. For an example, private sector companies used to recruit through Linkedin and job consultants. In my views, it will be better if public sector organizations adopt better recruitment processes to get good talent

please mention the illegal capturing of road sides by shopkeepers in market area and at bus stand or foreway and local roads because it cause serios problems such as accident and delay and traffic jam. It is the responsibility of municipality but due to dirty politics in rural areas the shopkeepers have support of either chairman or MLA so they disobey the rules and even quarrel with the poor citizen. So a direction should be given to the municipalities to overcome the problem.
