Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has said India’s G20 agenda will be inclusive, ambitious, action-oriented, and decisive, establishing a presidency of healing, harmony, and hope.

Automation and ground-breaking technological advancements are fundamentally changing the nature of work in more than one way. Trends such as demographic transitions and technological changes such as Industry 4.0, Web 3.0, and extended reality technology bring immense possibilities that will forever change lives. This would imply significant workplace transformations and changes in the future of work that would be beyond human imagination. And to thrive in this new ‘World of Work,’ it is vital that skilling stakeholders comprehend these new trends and capacitate the existing education and skilling ecosystems.

Therefore, basis the announcements made in the ongoing discussions in the G20 Education Working Group 2023, the key takeaways about the future of the work are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

• The G20 Education Working Group has deliberated on pathways to make technology-enabled learning more inclusive, qualitative, and collaborative at every level.
• With the rise of automation across industries, it is imperative to mainstream foundational skills into the curriculum framework and facilitate dynamic learning over the life cycle to not only effectively measure the learning outcomes but also ensure people keep pace with the current factors of change. Education stakeholders must collaborate and focus on strengthening the foundational learning framework by leveraging technology and blended learning to ensure that students are equipped with the necessities for the future.
• The future of work is driven by the rising awareness of decarbonization and building a sustainable business, and the G20 countries recognise the importance of collective action in tackling environmental challenges as well as promoting transitions towards more flexible, transparent, and cleaner energy systems.

इंडियन गवर्नमेंट को अपनी मानसिकता को बदलनी चाहिए.हर राज्य में लाइट को फ्री का चलन बड़ा है और लाइट है भी नहीं.आम आदमी को राहत दी जा रही है.क्या वक्त एसा है.अ गर सरकार बात करती है आम आदमी को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की है। तो क्या सौर मंडल देश का आधार बन सकता है? हर घर सोलर परधान लीजिए। जिसके आम आदमी अपनी बिजली खुद बनाए और इस्तेमाल करें बाकी बचे तो सरकार को बेच सके।उससे खर्चा भी बचेगा और आमदनी भी बढ़ेगी।" हर घर सोलर हर रोशन"

Sir, I want to say that many people can't get effort for develope their skill and knowledge in any technique and technology due to family pressure or poor bed situation in any condition they didnt manage to perform good life and lost hope time everything and just trouble that's why I think for better future we should develope and update our all working organisations, Companies, Businesses by guidence of proper eligible granted team and dept. through govt. of India...

Respected PM sir, in village areas all agriculture,horticulture etc department officers are not reaching Kisan, instead each on going to reach them to have government facilities. Tractor, cultivators etc are more using by former but those owners are investors or private persons , as their wishes they are getting rent, no any criteria. If he’s going to use government rent machines , long to reach & inconvenient availability. So please announce a right criteria to finalise the rate by the agriculture related officers , it’s burden more to former’s economy. The labour is today become Kubera because of in availability, so please order to agriculture department to give advertisements of using machines . Many more people are unknowingly loosing money. Thank you sir

Respected PM sir, Nowadays a Kisan should be like a king but actually he’s becoming beggar with all. For his each work he has to be beg. Without him nobody is on country & he’s the right person to upgrade GDP. I am requesting you, please make a law that should help him only when he’s ready sell his grown crops- vegetables, grocery etc. Here he doesn’t go for any market instead the buyer should reach him & transparently the goods should buy on marketing value in presence of a right government officer ( non corrupter). Then Kisan easily become a rich or a respected valuable person. Because he’s spending more money after growing his crops.

Respected PM with due respect I want to say that Study is too much necessary as well as games or pratical knowledge but in this phase of generation most of the students go towards the negatives like drinking , smoking , and many of the other things. Then the most important part is to be to remove the negativeness in the students.

Modi Sir, I hereby request you for our country and our future generation that in every state and every area need to any type of working traing centre and earning money system small branches of factories dept., Machinery dept., manufacturing companies, raw material provider offices, institute of technology centre and other benifits and services for all type of illegible citizens require the most. need to change our present system of Aapna Kaam Banta, Bhaad mei Jaaye jantaa. and need to give chance to our future generation force strong we also support for grant system in every college's and institute s, schools for provide facility of working process how technology, technical systems, training lab practically works. and how the additional World of technology and economy world moving for Our best future..♥️🙏🙏🙏 Jai Hind. SJE SITE ALL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS MAPPING NOT DONE VIA SJE AS WELL AS EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE AS IIT,IIM,NTA SCHOOLS, UNIVERSITY Only after Mapping college any student can fill the form of scholarship as college name , course name apper only after Mapping.
