भारत में Competitive exams में इतना high level competition है
कि बिना coaching लिए test clear करना बहुत मुश्किल है
और अगर test clear भी हो जाए तब भी अच्छा rank लाना तो उससे भी ज्यादा मुश्किल है

Proposal: Enhancing Local Livelihood & Pilgrim Experience
1. Ensuring Pilgrim Safety & Comfort
To guarantee a sustainable future for tourism, the local community must ensure that outside devotees face no inconvenience. Visitors should experience a peaceful, fearless, and welcoming atmosphere, making them feel as secure as they do in their own homes. If pilgrims face harassment or discomfort, it will permanently damage the reputation of the shrine, stopping future footfall.
2. Boosting the Local Economy
An increase in the number of visiting tourists directly translates to higher income for residents. Local can manufacture and sell eco-friendly alternatives like leaf plates (pattals), clay cups (kulhads), and cloth bags, transforming waste management into a highly profitable local business.
3. Service-Based Income
Local youth can generate steady income by providing organized services such as guided temple tours, safe transpo

Zero Waste Mahotsav Proposal
Objective
To transform the Shri Parshurameshwar Pura Mahadev Temple Mahashivratri into a model eco-friendly festival by eliminating single-use materials and ensuring 100% waste segregation.
Key Action Plan
Floral Recycling: Deploy dedicated collection bins solely for floral offerings and bilva leaves. These materials will be processed daily into organic compost or incense sticks, preventing river pollution.
Eco-Friendly Alternatives: Enforce a strict ban on single-use plastics and thermocol. Vendors will be provided with biodegradable leaf plates (pattals) and paper bags. Devotees will be encouraged to carry cloth bags for prasad.
Hydration Stations: To tackle plastic bottle waste, the administration will set up filtered water booths equipped with reusable steel glasses or eco-friendly clay cups (kulhads).
Community Engagement: Mobilize local youth volunteers and NCC/NSS cadets to manage segregation points and educate devotees on keeping the temple premises

My husband is a businessman. His business had a net worth of 30 cr. His company does work of plantation. Indoor landscaping . Since last January of this month his company has been suffering due to non payment by the clients. His clientele entails both reputed govt and private entities. Due to this non payment the company has come under severe debt and unable to handle projects. I had to take personal loan . He had to let his employee go . Now works with lesser people . He had to let his rented office which was at the heart of the city gurugram.go. because he could not afford the rent . He is struggling to find his projects. Paying salary to existing employee has also become difficult. I gave out my Gold for his working capital. He is just somehow surviving. I am a devout supporter of the BJP govt and take pride in all the work it has done for our country.

Theme: "Waste to Blessing – Every Offering Becomes a Resource"
Instead of treating waste as garbage, the Mahashivratri Mela can become India's first religious festival where every item offered by devotees is reused for a meaningful purpose. A dedicated "Sacred Resource Centre" can collect flowers, leaves, coconuts, cloth, and other offerings immediately after worship.
Flowers can be converted into natural incense sticks, organic colours, or compost. Coconut shells can be crafted into eco-friendly souvenirs, lamps, or handicrafts by local self-help groups. Used cloth offerings can be cleaned and transformed into reusable bags or donated where appropriate. This creates employment for local women and artisans while eliminating waste.
Every devotee who deposits used materials at the Sacred Resource Centre can receive a "Green Blessing Token" with a QR code explaining how their offering will be recycled and showing its environmental impact. This transforms waste management into a spiritu
