the proposal for the Zero Waste Mahotsav, totaling approximately 150 words:
Eco-Friendly Dining: Replace single-use plastics with a "Deposit Refund System" for steel plates and use compostable banana leaves or donnas for "Prasad" distribution.
Smart Infrastructure: Deploy IoT-enabled "Smart Bins" that alert crews when 80% full and provide QR-based maps for visitors to easily locate water refill stations and waste points.
Youth-Led Awareness: Launch a "Green Volunteer" program where students guide pilgrims on waste segregation and perform Nukkad Nataks (street plays) about the spiritual importance of nature.
Sustainable Logistics: Establish a "Zero-Waste Corridor" featuring certified plastic-free vendors and install solar-powered lighting to reduce the event's carbon footprint.

Suggestions for zero waste Mahotsav :
1.Install green and blue dustbins for proper segregation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable waste.
2.Make temple premises a plastic-free zone by encouraging eco-friendly plates, cups, and cloth bags.
3.Collect flowers, banana leaves, and organic offerings separately and convert them into compost/manure.
4.Ensure effective crowd management with proper entry-exit routes, drinking water points, and clean pathways.
5.Involve local volunteers and Self Help Groups (SHGs) in awareness, cleanliness, and waste management activities.
