As most dirtiest tributary of Yamuna ( Hindon river) is almost dead , this Mahotsav should not make it further dead

"From National Stage to Grassroots Action: Transforming Pura Mahadev into a Global Model of Sacred Sustainability"
Following my journey as a National Finalist in the MY Bharat Budget Quest 2026 at Bengaluru, I am honored to present the "Bhakti-Chakra" Blueprint. This initiative bridges the gap between global innovation—from Japan’s micro-segregation to South Korea’s digital incentives—and the unique spiritual landscape of Baghpat.
Our goal is simple yet transformative: to ensure that the sanctity of Shri Parshurameshwar Pura Mahadev is reflected in our surroundings. By converting ritual waste into local wealth, we empower our farmers and youth while protecting the holy Hindon River.
I have attached a comprehensive Technical & Economic PDF below, which details the operational roadmap, local economic impact for our SHGs, and the logistical framework to make this August 2026 Mela a landmark "Zero-Waste Mahotsav."

“Bhakti Bhi, Prakriti Bhi” theme ko dhyan me rakhte hue Shri Parshurameshwar Pura Mahadev Mahashivratri Mela ko Zero Waste Mahotsav banane ke liye kuch practical aur innovative sujhav:
Temple aur mela area me “3 Bin System” lagu kiya jaye – Wet Waste, Dry Waste aur Puja Waste ke liye alag-alag rang ke dustbin lagaye jayein.
Phool, belpatra aur puja samagri se organic compost aur dhoopbatti banane ke liye temporary recycling center banaya jaye.
Single-use plastic par poori tarah rok lagakar pattal, dona, kulhad aur biodegradable packaging ka upyog badhaya jaye.
QR Code based digital donation, online prasad booking aur e-token darshan system lagu kiya jaye taki paper waste aur bheed dono kam ho.
“Bring Your Bottle” campaign chalaya jaye aur mela kshetra me free water refill stations lagaye jayein.
Volunteers aur NSS/NCC students ko “Green Sevak” ke roop me niyukt kiya jaye jo logon ko safai aur waste segregation ke prati jagruk karein.
