As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

There is always a demand for learning basics of music online. If you search youtube a lot of music tutorial videos will be found. If you are a music expert and enjoy teaching, upload a couple of videos with your contact details. A website will surely increase your credibility.

Jai hind sir, my suggestion is that small scale industries should be started at at large scale and i request you to please appeal to people for be aware for expiery products and sir in past their were small torch factories so through that people were employed and now everyone is having a dream of govt. . Each street or say group of 100 to 200 homes identified and association be made. The main responsibility of them is Segregated Garbage collection and sending it to master processing centre. They will plant both sides of the roads fruit trees, curry leaves, drumstick and see they all share the produce. Tailoring work be undertaken so that the too costly tailoring they do it at nominal rate. This group should also set up trained women for undertaking plumbing work, electrical work etc.

Home makers not only just supplement their income but also community development with sustainable approach mutually be undertaken. First thing to be done is home makers bring out and pool all the extra and un used things which they should share with the have not’s. Next home makers of each area to the big malls and shops supply paper packets and cloth bags so that the use of plastic 100% banned. They also hygienically prepare and sell healthy snacks. Which should occupy the prime shelves.
