hello,
i am isha gupta .i think first of all aware the women as the are the stem of of family and society.they should be provided free training courses.for example - now-a-days people are becoming lazy and busy day by day ,now -a-days women are also going for job .so what other women can do is ,they can make pappad and Aachar of different flavor and buy polythene for packing ,pack it and sell it near by shop .this will employ the women who are closed behind the four wall .

For supplementing the income of the home makers. Firstly,we should enlighten them with the confidence that they can do better even they are best.. the four walls are not the limit ... The walss are the blank slate on which they can do anything and start their on on business ..... They can start painting, designs, best out of waste, invention of new kind of dishes,etc.. the foremost step should be to give them vocational training ,this will help them a lot..

A cloud kitchen can be created by the government. At first, the government should invest and develop it. Once it picks up the ownership can be transferred to homemakers itself.

1. Give fixed income to home wife every month directly depoosit to their bank account from 25 years to 55 years. without rights of withdrawal facility. after reaching 55 years till end government has to pay pension . ex monthly we will deposit 1,000 to 30 years old woman till 55 years. at end of 55 years amount will be 1,000*12*25= 3,00,000. apart from that government has to pay fixed monthly income to house wife till end of life. Give rights to chance withdraw amount if needs after 5 years.
