As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

India is very rich in tradion and culture requirements beside Govt. initaited programmes. Train them and link them to selling outlets through online, events and exhibitions and local market selling. Help could be given them through productivity tools like how to manage their time in order, production and selling through social app. This app function and easy UX design could be taught by somene tech savy on group. They would be able to learn skills in organising their part time business.

Sir, we can implement the SHG model to our home makers also. Home makers are our biggest strength. if we can create a nodal agency which can facilitate to create a homogenous group of 5 to 10 Homemakers . for example we all know in today's fastest life we could not avail quality food. if few Homemakers supply quality food to PG accommodation and linked them with swiggy,food panda and zomato the demand of quality home food will increase which enable to increase their income.

Dear team India, This segment of society can be linked productively at three level- 1. Training level- train them or link them with the requirements in nearby market or where home made articles are sold more 2. Marketing,selling and linking training for their skill sets at local,national and international level 3. Attach micro financing and entrepreneur fininacing as easy as typing on phone screen . For example, bead, fall, sewing, bag and embroidry making, fashion accessories making etc.
