As we have wards, similarly all our women can take part as pet their wards (municipal records) and form a group, every group can take part in preparing daily need products by themselves and keep promoting or supplying to branded companies for promotion. This way we can encourage every women to be part of their income resource, as well engaging their time to suppliment income by home makers. When every there is a shift they should enroll at their new place with a small token of money.

Dear Sir.....Many government jobs/projects have not required much time to invest in a day. A housewife of rurban has some time to spend on other issues apart from her family. These minutes of her life can be utilised to raise the social environment. For this, a housewife can be paid some stipend by the government. Due to these activities, the life standard as well as her confidence can be raised. In fact, it will be similar to the MNREGA. A necessity is required for sourcing more money.

Anganwadi caretakers, train them in primary healthcare so they can serve the neighbours in village, teach them basic skills of weaving, tailoring, cloth dyeing process, etc- if not a whole manufacturing process they can work on part processes easily in the daily available time slot of 3-4 hours and earn extra income.

as per my view if state and central government has unused land near residence city. than government has to to give for lease for 5 years with minimum deposit and develop. 1 or 2 acre land provide and loan facility also available through bank or others. than middle class person doing some poultry farm, fish farming or agriculture activity on that land. and also many of people employed also.
