Homemakers who are educated and have work experience but had to take career break due to personal reason, their skills can be harnessed and utilised as teachers in schools and colleges where we are facing shortage of quality teachers. They can be offered flexi timing and lateral entry. It will help improve education level immensely.

सादर प्रणाम।।

As women in India especially rural women are more creative in making hand made artefacts such as paintings, craft items, bed sheets, jewellery, flower pots, wood items., this women needs to give online marketplace so that they can sell it all over the world. There should be awareness in them how to sell all this things online as people worldwide like things having personal touches. Online platforms like Etsy,UncommonGoods,Society6,ArtFire,Amazon Handmade,Spoonflower,TurningArt are some websites.

1.INCENTIVES SHOULD BE INTRODUCED
2. INTRODUCE THEM ABOUT DIGITAL PLATFORM/ E-COMMERCE
3. OPPORTUNITIES LIKE ONLINE HOME BASED JOBS THROUGH CSCs (COMMON SERVICES CENTER)
4. E-SKILLS /PRACTICAL TRAINING AT EVERY VILLAGE
5. PROPER IMPLEMENTATIONS OF ANY SCHEMES BY MONITORING AT EVERY LEVEL OFFICIALS TO EVERY VILLAGE HEAD TO AVOID CORRUPTION
( CORRUPTION AND SOME CORRUPTED OFFICIALS TO THE SOME CORRUPTED VILLAGE AUTHORITY IS A BIG BLOCKAGE FOR THE SUCCESS OF EVERY PROJECT )
