There are thousands of Small and Medium Scale Enterprises / Start Ups who seek trained staff for production of goods like, apparels, handloom and craftswork. These SMEs, should be identified and provided with Space and Capital in their local vicinity to Train Women's groups willing to take up such productive activities, with the intent to increase Indian Export in the long. All concerned Ministry's (E&A, Finance, Women and Child Dev. Etc.) need to work in unison to achieve this task

Govt can help to form Women of All India a National group under the brand name of WE Group (Ie Women Empowerment group). This group will operate similar to just like Amul / Lijjat co-operative society. WE Group will be a parent group where any women can make any product and get their product brand like We Group of Industries. Then WE Group can sell this product under their banner and charges some % as commission. Like this any women can be entrepreneur without much official paperwork.
