Being a home maker is very big contribution to the society than generating income. However, incentivizing them in a way so that they become eco friendly home makers can make a true difference. Like planting trees in want of clean air. reducing the use of plastics by promoting jute bags. promoting rain water harvesting.

1. We have a generation of ladies who learnt various forms of arts and music. they can teach through home made videos on their own voice and face. if people like what they wanted to see, income shall begin.
2. Travel cooking: can pack home cooked food or snacks for travellers near by or senior citizens which are light in nature and harmless. the ladies may empanel with local bodies for this low commercial cooking.

Various online government opportunities, volunteer or paid work should be created and the public should be made aware of such opportunities. Only after coming into this site for a different reason ,I am aware that I can contribute to the nation building. So create awareness...that's the first crucial step.

Women though having good qualification are settling as Homemakers because of various family reasons.
Homemakers should be allowed to work from home. The works which can be done from home should be sorted out.Govt and private industry sector should come out with the various works which can be done from home.
Various UDYOG melas should be organised for Homemakers of various qualifications. Upon selection, they should be trained and these works should be assigned on monthly target basis.

EMPATHY (When you put your self in the shoe of other and feel the pain - deeper meaning than Sympathy).
is the most important word to inculcate PEACE and LOVE among all (eliminating the religion).
Since Early Schooling - Empathy should be taught through study, Practical Examples, visits to Hospitals, Jail, Army Area, SLums.
If the seed is taken care positively - it will reap the fruits accordingly. - CHOICE IS OURS

Creativity in products attracts demand. For demand to fulfil there is need to enhance creativity of individuals to become demand and supply both for the market. In the 'space' of infinite creations possibilities, individuals should be supported for their creativity. Suppressing others creativity just for the sake of saying that my creativity is better, a socio- psycho factor which still pervails within our mindset. Money should have just equal weightage like other inputs need for creation.
