Home makers are doing more work than a person who work in an organisation. My suggestion would be go green, home makers are more interested in gardening. Small Nursery can give more happiness and harmony with peace at home and can have small earnings for betterment.

This totally depends upon the skill that they are well versed in: for eg onr who is good at cooking shall be made a part of mid day meal, or providing good quality food in govt offices/ to poor population under some scheme, one who is good with computers can be given the data entry job. Also, a committee of females cam be formed in each mohalla or ward which can list down all the problems of that particular area and should be educated on how and whom to reach out to to get that problem rectified
