As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

These part of Kerala is not having sufficient knowledge about Income Creation or Work From Home method. There is a lot of things to do in the world but some are only allowed to do in our homes. For examples arts and crafts, hand looms etc but the main thing is capital where they can get the capital no one is there to give capital without proper commission. Some people manage to the credit but they lost most part of the credit in type of commissions. if the capital for Home makers will sufficiently founded then their income must be in high range

Respected sir it's a kind request to change d policy of education department we are not rich due to family problems we left d studies now to enroll from 13-14-15 it's causing us more challenge we are losing our opportunities in career inspite of we are allowed to apply directly for 15many can lead their career.peole who are making fake certificate and growing their career but like me many are there who are struggling for this plZzz sir ur d hope for entire country,hopefully many of us will lead

Those homemakers who have two or more than two Girl child's, govt. help should be provided them to give- - Free Skill based education. - later on for adult girls, Samuhik vivah through govt., can save their money and provide tension free life.

सरकार महिलाओं के लिए हस्तनिर्मित सजावटी सामान जैसे गुड़िया, टेडी बेयर ,छोटे बच्चों के कपडे के खिलोने आदि बनाने की ट्रेनिंग दे. जिससे महिलाएं अपने द्वारा बनाये गए उत्पादों को स्वयं बाजार में बेच कर मुनाफा कमा सके.

volunteer scheme in the Rastra nirmata volunteer abhiyan may be launched and they may be hired on rumeneration fixed by govt to perform the skills of their choice.this will end the scarcity of teachers in schools,colleges.Tutions centres may be be opened by a group of female in a society and they may be given incentive by giving social security benefits for them and their families depending upon the income of their families

sir its a wonderfil idea.female homemakers may be given skill developement training and many femal want to teach the school children in their spare time.theu are well educated but they do not get the opportunity.volunteership programme may be launched and they will come forward with their willingness in the are of their expertise and these resource will change the scenario of education,small scale industry and the cottage industry of india.scheme may be created for them to perform their skills

1. if women have specific talent or skill ex. teaching, packaged food making or any other product which has demand in market. then govt should provide a platform to them , ex. websie or can say portal. this will channelize their work and products. 2. if they don't have any of such skills then govt should provide vocational training program to such women who want to earn. this can include video course of some products, govt run vocational centres if needed, tie with some private firms etc.
