As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

Women of our country are very creative and we have seen them engaged in making sweaters and other stuff. Would request you to create a cooperative like Amul where homemakers can contribute with their skills and also get money for it. Standards can be set for accepting the products. This will encourage the artistic work, will also not put pressure on women and also give monetary benefit to our homemakers.

When it comes to work and handling finances a large percentage of Indian women depend upon their male partners for financial security. Our Nation should have policies which promotes investment in the name of wife (spouse). This will have double benefit, the institution of marriage will get stronger with financial faith on each other and this would be a strong step toward empowering women. Please amend the Section 64 of Income Tax Act, which is on clubbing of Income.

Sell products womens are created. If womens can create somethings valuable, shd can likely sell it.The ideas in this regard are endless and can include things like backed goods, photos, artsand craft ,dresses and nearly everythings else . If you have somethings you can create ,the main challenge is knowing how to market and sell it. Womens have a home -based business to help support her family support your family financially.

L.E.D. lights are very easy to repair. Even ladies can do it if taught. Since in future, almost 100% of the population will be using them, many jobs can be created "*at the door steps*" of the people. Also minimum investment is required, hence in the remote villages also can be done. If required, government can help for entrepreneurship.

Sir, As of now one has to register for GST in every state. House wifes of those men who regularly get transferred face a lot of problems because of it. The whole purpose of GST gets defeated in this process. Once a company is registered with GST there should not be any reason for multiple registration. It should be pan India registration. Especially for small scale business. regards
