Maximum times we are thinking about the women who are living in at least in a home who can do some work in her off time like tailoring, tutorial or handcraft etc. but women who are living in a village doing work whole day in the field with husband , look after children and making food in home can not get any extra time to supplementing income. The number of these women are maximum in our country. So here the spot govt. should be active.

Part time job is the highest numbers of search one searches in website but same is not received by fresh women. Because companies want experienced persons for work. Now what a home maker can do?
She can start her own beautiparlour shop or boutique shop at home. She can start hand craft business from home.

For supplementing income for home makers the government shall levy a comoulsory contribution like the provident fund on 1:1 basis, as a certain percentage of his income and the government contributes the similar amount. The said fund shall be maintained in a seperate account and no withdrawal should be allowed but the interest accrued on the amount shall be paid as income to the home maker. The benifited member shall only utilize the said amount for her personal use.

Firstly women should have desire for self growth. Sometimes circumstances make people self dependent. Knitting, tailoring, beauty parlour,Hand crafts even pvt. Tuition can be best profession for women.
