As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

Suggestions for alternative income sources of Rurban homemakers in their spare time are- 1. They can make folk paintings such as Madhubani, Warli art etc. depending on their skills. 2. They can teach nearby school going children art and craft in their summer/ winter vacations.

In india education for all is not resolved due to lack of infrastructure, teacher and local government authorities limited resources. To improve education system basic education for all we can involve eficated house maker as teacher on hourly basis. And for other house maker we can design a system like mumvai dabavala in which few home maker will prepare food and few will deliver. Food cam be prepared for schools, collges and office.

Rural women who may not have computer knowledge but have some foundation in education, their assistance may be used in running child care centers nearer to their homes with a little bit of government help in infrastructure. Even old age people can be taken care of in the same facility center. In this way, there will be interaction between older and younger generation that will help build warmth and love.bThe younger women can assist in managing the children by play way method teaching,stories.

Most of our people are related with agriculture and handloom. Without using latest technology we can't boost income for them. Indian society is rich with innovation in local level to solve their own problems. If Gov find out this innovation and take initiative for implement this technology through the Nation, definitely we boost productivity for a strong economy. Last five years we noticed that Government not reached to ground lavel to find them. This are unpolished diamond Gov have to polish.

As regards bringing in home makers into productive populace, computer literate women can be hired to work from home on government projects freelancers to start with. They should be paid remuneration on hourly basis. If they are regular and performance good and timely, then they can be hired on ongoing projects. Once the project is accomplished they can be put on the next one based on performance and consistency. Separate set of rules/guidelines can be fixed for hiring purpose.

In our country there are lots of Govt. division are there. Daily million of people are facing problem to get information about those department but due to heavy work lode our Govt.employ are not getting sufficient time to solve there problem. In our country million of educated house women are there we can train them to work as a information provider from home as like BPO center.
