As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

Online data entry jobs are one of the easiest ways to earn money while sitting at home. It does not matter what your qualification is. We are facing lacking of water in many places across our Country. Allow our ladies group to establish Mini water desalination plant near the Sea. Give them a licens to collect water from the Sea for purification. There is truck mounted both Diesel &Solar Power RO System available in the Market capacity 32,000 litter onwards. This is a small scale business &easy for our ladies to Manage. Let them purify the water and supply- sale the required areas with a minimum charge or Govt buy the Water.

भारत मे महिलाओ की आबादी लगभग पुरुषो जितनी ही है और अगर भारत कक एक बिकसित देश बनाना है तो केवल पुरुष ही रोजगार करेंगे तो ये संभब नही है ।इसी लिए महिलाओं को उस प्राचीन बिचारधारा से आगे आकर रोजगार करना चाहिए जिसके लिए सरकार को रोजगार खास कर महिलाओ से जुड़ी जो रोजगार के माध्यम हैं उन पर ध्यान देने की आबस्यकता है जिससे देश एक बिकसित देश बनने के दिशा में एक ठोस कदम होगा। 🙏धन्यबाद🙏

छोटे रोजगार और घरेलू उधोग से जुड़े महिलाओ को आर्थिक मदद के साथ साथ मार्गदर्शन की भी जरूरत है ताकि वे अपने कामो से उचित आय की प्राप्ति कर सके और अपने बच्चों को अच्छी शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य भी प्रदान कर सके इसके लिये इनको वार्ड स्तर पर संगठित करना होगा और उनके हुनर के अनुसार उनको अपने घर पर ही काम उपलब्ध करवाना होगा ताकि उन्हें भरपूर मात्रा में काम की उपलब्धता हो अगर ऐसे संगठन को संचालित करने में कुछ खर्च भी आता है तो ये महिलाये उन खर्चो को उठाने में कोई दिक्कत महसूस नही करेगी

Sir, Every opportunity in small scale levels shall be handled by women. They should be encouraged by groups with small level contribution and should develop themselves. Every women is capable in their own way and can provide opportunity in small ways as in the case of any other country. Be it Tailoring, Small Manufacturing tool equipments, supply chain management etc. Decorative material supply, resource management.,
