As India embarks on the journey of breaking into the top 5 major economies of the world there is a need to realize the Prime Minister's goal of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, and Sabka Vishwas. One of the foundation pillars for realizing this dream is to upskill and reskill individuals to supplement income and increase livelihood prospects.

A typical family in the Rurban parts of the country is managed by the homemaker who is generally the female member. She spends a substantial part of her day settling a variety of household errands and working through her daily job. However, after all this, she does have a few hours to spare which if put to productive use, could augment the income of the household significantly.

We call in your suggestions and ideas which would help such homemakers explore alternative income sources in their spare time.

Our Ladies are highly talented. They need a platform/opportunity to utilize their ability. Establish Ladies Only Small Scale Business Park in the empty Govt lands across the country. The Govt should take the initiative and supply water, electric, roads to that lands. Let the women submit the project plan to the Govt as per their experience. Give licenses to the firms to manufacture Spare parts for the Military, Naval base and Railways as well as other Govt Establishments. And others too.

in today;s fast world there are many families where both Husband and wife work away from home, the big problem that they face is to find a crest or a baby sitter near their house, if the community works in tandem and works as a bigger family, those who are home makers can help the working families by looking after their kids, feed them and take study, in turn can earn also, family is happy that the kids are safe within their premises .

Women can fill the form\entries of citizens for various government schemes and charge nominal fees to them. This way they can earn something and citizens will get benefit of various government schemes.

Many women are active youtubers having a huge following and viewership on social media platforms. Hailing from mostly rural communities they exhibit impressive entrepreneurship skill while posting videos related to recipes and their daily routine. Such women should be called upon to lead this intiative and mobilise other women. Their ideas are crucial and they should be sought. I think rural women can play a major role in this scheme.

It is strongly recommended to subsidize labour expenses in the MSME sector, which is the largest unskilled labour employer. This in turn will lead to higher margins for the businessman and generate higher income. The increased income can be used for 1.Technical upgradation, 2.Labour skill development, 3.Higher production capacities Which in turn will generate higher revenue and higher taxes for the government as well as job creation and skilled labour.

sir महिलाओं की इनकम बढ़ाने के लिए उनकी फिक्स्ड डिपॉजिट सेविंग अकॉउंट का इंटरेस्ट रेट डबल किया जाए तथा उन्हें म्युचुअल फंड तथा शेयर मार्केट में निवेश के लिए आगे लाया जाए
