education trusts need to be nominally charged as these education institutions are in business and are collecting crores in the name of building fund and capitation fees. Every trust can be charged 1% IT and 0.5% service tax flat if the annual turnover is more than 10 crore.
Similarly coaching classes are also evading lot of taxes.

Just like TDS is deducted at source, even service tax can be deducted at source of payment. This will bring more people under service tax ambit.Just like PAN card a service tax card can be introduced.

Making use on digital money and process is the the only solution. complete cycle of Rs. need to be digital including tax assessment. in place of calling individual for scrutiny, they should just receive digital notice to deposit details or remaining tax. when they attend to tax office there are many expense which are not traceable. as per me few people enjoy this but most of the time only taxpayers get trapped in this. where they loose their earnings by attending the tax office. say no to cash

Service tax has a very complicated structure. Instead a uniform standard service tax rate of 2% on service bill can be levied instead of 40% 70% abatement which causes a lot of confusion. Reverse charge method were service tax amount will be shared between service providers and receivers should stay and needs to be strengthened.
In order to bring in more and more people under service tax ambit, PAN and VAT needs to be linked. Also the 10 lakh slab may be increased to 20 lakh.

TO create a online database portal for stop the all black money concept in all over INDIA the concept is that every business should be online like a shopkeeper or a industry everything will make online. Through this every data store in a database and every transaction be online like sale, purchase, store, manufactured items, production, import, export, every single transaction done through this database. And after that the black money will be stopped in all over INDIA.
Thank you

Sir, Non-salarid tax-payers are allowed many expenses before calculating taxable income. But this benefit is not available to salaried taxpayers. some years ago, salaried taxpayers were given the benefit of standard deduction before arriving at their taxable income. In order to equate salaied and non-salaried taxpayers, it is eqitalbe to restore the benefit of standard deduction to salaried taxpayers.
