KEEP AN EYE ON THE TECH FIRMS IN THIS DOMAIN SO THAT THEY FOCUS MORE ON INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENT RATHER THAN PROMOTING AND DOING SALES FOR THEIR OWN PROFIT

1)a innovation competition to held at state and centre level which will boost desire to create the best element . it will develop a cometitve society in sci tech field
2)also removing the reservation policy in all science stream as it demerits the chance of deserving candidate who can be better for ou society
3)dept of sci tech should also keep an eye on the institue and schools so that it promotes practical knowledge and not muggling

Science should be promoted without reservation policy. Since reservations has never been successful in retaining outstanding Scientists in India and this is the right time for removing them from professional subjects in a phase wise manner. We may also have a relook of Education as a Concurrent Subject. Primary & Secondary Education should be a State subject and Higher Education to be a Central subject. This will help the implementation of NEP and NRF quickly.

The policy of one license for journal that can be shared by our own Infrastructure with NKN as the backbone will bring access to good journals by all Universities. But one has to have a strong policy on choosing only those journals which would be of use to Indian Institutions. Secondly, one needs to have a strong policy and systems on Ethics in Science and Plagiarism in Scientific Publications.

Due to high level mechanisation in agriculture sector , we have forgotten our years old animal friendly agriculture. Even very small farmers go to use of tractors etc. We must go for the use of animal friendly agriculture. The scientist may develop some animal friendly bullock carts, agro implements for ploughing , tilling etc. The draught animals are also part of our society and integral part of agriculture. It will minimise the burden on fossils fuels and no pollution and no Stray animals.
